Product support and feedback
For a reproducible bug or a product idea, open an issue in the Rubik's Timer GitHub tracker. Include the page, browser, device and steps that reproduce the problem. Screenshots are useful when they do not reveal email addresses, room links or other private information.
Privacy and account-data requests
Do not put your email address, password, reset URL, room code or private account details in a public GitHub issue. Send a private message to @rubikstimer on Instagram with the type of request—access, correction or deletion—but leave out passwords and authentication links. The operator may need to verify account ownership through a safer follow-up before acting and aims to acknowledge requests within 14 days.
Abuse or security reports
For room abuse, identify the general time and feature without reposting another person's private information. For a security issue, do not publish exploit details in a public issue; send @rubikstimer a private message requesting a secure reporting route first.
Service status
This project does not currently promise a formal support response time or uninterrupted availability. For important solve history, use CSV export to keep your own backup.
