Using the service
You may use the timer for personal practice, friendly races and lawful club or coaching activities. If the law where you live requires parental permission to use an account or online feature, you must have that permission. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in and reset links secure.
Practice results, not official results
Times, scrambles, statistics, charts and race outcomes are practice tools. They may be affected by device timing, browser scheduling, network delays, manual input or software errors. They are not official competition results and the service does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by the World Cube Association.
Public and shared content
Public profiles may display the profile and Default-session information described in the privacy policy. Multiplayer and training participants can see display names and activity shared inside a room. You retain responsibility for information you submit and grant the service the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the selected feature.
Acceptable conduct
Do not harass participants, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, overload realtime services, automate abusive room creation, manipulate another user's data, or use public profiles to collect personal information. Do not upload or publish material you do not have permission to use.
Availability and changes
The service may change, pause or remove features, and rooms or accounts may occasionally be unavailable. Data export is provided as a practical portability feature, but you should keep your own backup of important solve history. Access may be restricted where needed to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Intellectual property
The service interface, original code, copy and visual assets are protected by their applicable licences and intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, libraries and assets remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant a right to present yourself as the service operator or to reuse branding in a misleading way.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for official timing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost records, missed competitions, device problems or disputes between room participants. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Questions and updates
Questions, abuse reports and data requests can start through the contact page. Updated terms will display a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means the updated terms apply where permitted by law.
